Welcome to Superlio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Superlio website at https://superrizz.us (the Site), the Superlio browser extension (the Extension), and related services (collectively, the Services).

By accessing or using Superlio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the Extension, or using any part of our Services, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Are not barred from using the Services under applicable law
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Services

Superlio provides an AI-powered engagement assistant that helps users generate personalized content. Key features include:

• AI Content Generation: Generate content based on your selected tone, style, and preferences
• Style Learning: Analyze and replicate preferred engagement styles
• Personalization: Customize the AI output to match your personality and voice
• Browser Extension: An extension that integrates with social media platforms

3. Account Registration

To use Superlio, you must:

• Sign in using your Google account through our OAuth authentication process
• Link your Superlio account to your social media accounts for full functionality
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Superlio offers various subscription plans with different feature sets. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). All payments are processed securely through:

• Razorpay: For payments in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Stripe: For payments in US Dollars (USD) and other currencies

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fees.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Price changes will take effect at the next renewal date and will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

5. Social Media Integration

5.1 Extension Permissions

The Extension requires the following permissions to function:

• Social Media Access: To display the content generation interface on social media pages
• Cookie Access: To read authentication cookies for API requests
• Tab Management: To detect social media tabs and manage navigation
• Storage: To save your preferences locally

5.2 User Responsibilities

When using Superlio, you agree to:

• Use generated content responsibly and in accordance with platform community guidelines
• Not use the Extension for spam, harassment, or any prohibited activities
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary platform data
• Comply with all applicable platform terms and policies

6. Google OAuth and API Usage

Superlio uses Google OAuth for user authentication. By signing in with Google, you:

• Authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Grant us permission to create and manage your Superlio account

We use Google APIs in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Browser Extension Stores

The Superlio Extension is distributed through browser extension stores. By installing the Extension, you:

• Agree to the store's Terms of Service for extensions
• Accept the permissions requested by the Extension
• Understand that updates may be automatically applied

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Superlio to:

• Generate spam, fake, or misleading content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post content that violates any law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect user data without consent
• Attempt to bypass platform security measures
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
• Create accounts through automated means
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

Superlio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperRizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Superlio. However, you are solely responsible for the content you create, and you grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide our Services.

9.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improving Superlio, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Superlio, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Make emergency updates without prior notice if necessary
• Suspend or terminate services in response to security threats
• Modify or discontinue features with appropriate notice

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Social media platforms will not detect or take action against users of the Extension

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERRIZZ TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS OR GENERATED CONTENT
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PLATFORM DETECTION MEASURES OR ACCOUNT ACTIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperRizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your generated content
• Your social media activities
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive behavior toward our team or other users
• Unauthorized access or security violations

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page
• Update the "Last Updated" date
• Provide significant changes via email notification

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperRizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of the Services.
